The pool is clean and well maintained, and the main pool is a good size, though quite deep. The children’s pool is very small and probably not suitable for older kids. There’s a decent bar area, but it’s cash only, and with no nearby cashpoints it’s difficult to get money unless you go into ichmeler. Food was basic but okay, and a lot of options weren’t available. Staff are great, and the rooms are clean and basic. Air conditioning costs extra, even though it’s much needed. There’s no lift, so the stairs could be an issue if you struggle with them. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Ichmeler strip, with lots of bars and such.

The rooms are basic, but spacious and clean, with regular cleaning and a hot, powerful shower. Water did leak out of the shower, though it wasn’t a big deal if you used the bath mat to catch it. When we arrived in the middle of the night or early morning, an older man whose name I can’t remember greeted us warmly and showed us to our room. Ramzi behind the bar was always polite and helpful with both me and my daughter. We were out on excursions during the day quite often and ate elsewhere most evenings, but nobody made us feel awkward for not using the apartment facilities or bar and snack bar. The meals we did order were well cooked, nicely presented and tasty, even for fussy eaters like us. Drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel bar. We had our best holiday in years, and the apartments were good value, near enough to shops, restaurants and bars, around a 10 minute walk, but far enough from the noise. My daughter was 10 at the time, and we only stayed a week. I’d been nervous after reading the reviews, but we’ve booked 10 days this summer and are bringing friends. If you treat the staff respectfully, you should have no issues. Reviews only tell one side, and if staff were rude, there may be more to it.

It’s set back about a 10 minute walk from the main town, so it’s nice and quiet, and there’s a pool on site. The staff are lovely and helpful, and will go above and beyond if you ask. They’ll cook at any time of day. Towels are changed daily, bedding weekly, and the room gets a full clean each day.

The location was the one good thing, and Sophia the cleaner was wonderful, worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond. Apart from that, the food was horrible, and they try to take as much money as possible. You can’t bring your own things in. If you don’t eat at the bar, they don’t like it. The omelette and toast were the only nice food, and the chips were either raw or burnt. Remzi is the rudest man I’ve ever met, and if you aren’t a regular, the old woman doesn’t want to know you. I’d never stay there again.
