Diva Hotel

We really loved our stay here. Our family room gave the two of us plenty of space, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool and bar were lovely, and the staff were amazing, always ready to help. It sits right in the heart of Içmeler, near the beach, bars and restaurants.

The pool is the best we've stayed at in Icmeler, where we've been coming for the last three years. We always found a sunbed, and the hotel added two lovely new outdoor toilets by the pool and a new sunbed area since last year. The Diva bar is lovely too, and the waiters are so friendly and do anything for you. Chiefs restaurant is attached to the Diva hotel and is our favourite place to eat, with lovely, friendly owners and staff. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, from the lovely receptionist and the owners, who are brothers, to the cleaners. Our room had everything we needed, a full-length balcony to sit on, a great hairdryer and lovely soft towels. It was cleaned regularly, with fresh towels, and the cleaners made the bed look pretty with the towels. When we asked, they gave us a new kettle, which we really appreciated. We stayed at the Diva hotel before and have just come back again in June 2025. We loved it so much that we booked to return in October, in the same room. We're really looking forward to it.

The beds were comfortable, but the furniture was old and there was very little space for clothes. They wanted an extra 45 for seven days of air conditioning. Breakfast was so poor I can hardly call it breakfast: small portions of eggs, cheese, tomato, cucumber, green and black olives, a type of jam and butter. You had to ask for bread, and they served tea or some bad coffee. Ask for milk or salt and you wouldn't get it. Though breakfast was advertised from 9 am, the small table of food was never set out before 9:30. Service was at the lowest level and staff were very rude. I can only praise the reception staff and the housekeeping team. I would never book there again. My advice is to avoid this place, if it can even be called a hotel.

We didn't stay here, but after chatting with the man outside, we popped in for an afternoon. The staff were friendly, and they let you use the pool if you buy a drink. The beers were nice and cold, and reasonably priced.
