Tolan Apartments

Rob at reception was hilarious and kept us laughing with his jokes. He looked after us so well, and all the staff were very friendly. The place is basic but very clean, with a great pool that gets sun all day. We're coming back this year for another 14 day trip.

The good thing about this hotel is its location, close to ATMs, shops, and activities. My family and I booked an apartment online, then arrived tired after a long journey to find only a barman at the property. He said I owed an extra 130% on top of what I'd already paid. When I asked to speak with manager Mrs. Melike Tolan, he said he represented her and she wouldn't come talk to me. He said there was nothing he could do, told us to call the online booking agency, and threatened to call the police. I contacted the agency and explained what had happened. An hour later, manager Melike arrived but acted as if we weren't there. When I asked what the issue was, she said she was angry with online booking sites because they didn't call to ask if she'd accept customers before booking online. She insisted we pay the additional 130%. I had no real option at that moment, so I paid what these fraudulent people demanded. If you want your vacation ruined, I strongly suggest booking this apart hotel.

Mel is the best. I'm not always well, and I know she'll look after me. She treats me like family. Clean sheets and clean towels too. It's not the Hilton, but it's comfortable for the price.

A great apartment with friendly, helpful staff. It's central, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach or main square.
