We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was delightful, with a well-stocked kitchen and fresh, modern decor, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Galata Tower is just a three-minute walk away, with plenty of picturesque streets and varied restaurants in the lively neighborhood. Taksım is around ten minutes on foot, and the metro is also about a ten-minute walk away. The location made it easy to take in some of Istanbul’s best sights.

Check-in was easy, and communication went smoothly. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was also in a handy spot for exploring nearby. I had a very pleasant stay and would come back.

The apartment itself was good, but there was hair on the sheet. Check-in was at 2, then changed to 12. I got there at 8 in the morning and asked if I could leave my bag until check-in, but they refused. Luckily, some visitors were leaving, so I was able to get the door open and leave my things there until it was time. I stayed for ten days. When I checked out, they first let me have one extra hour, then said I could stay longer because it was raining, though I left anyway. Later, I called to ask if anything had been left behind, and they scolded me for leaving shopping bags and making the room a bit messy. That left a really bad impression.

The street was terribly noisy, and cat poop sat in the corridor for days without being cleaned up. We also went five days without hot water. The agency managing the property was chaotic, offered no compensation, and ruined our vacation. We definitely won't return.
