This is my third time staying here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in mid-June 26. The two young women working there are exceptional. Rooms are a fair size and well equipped, and breakfast is more than enough to get your day started. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the tram line for the main tourist sites, and close to the ferry stations. There’s also a treasure trove of restaurants, shops and fun activities right next door.

I picked this hotel again because I’d stayed here before. My flight arrived early in the morning, and I really appreciated that they arranged an early check-in. The staff always do their best to help and deal with any problems quickly and professionally. Thank you especially to Naif Bey, Dilara Hanım, and the doorman Davut Bey for being so kind and helpful. Their warm, attentive service makes each stay more pleasant.😊

The staff made things feel easy and welcoming, from check-in through the daily requests. They were warm, professional, and ready to help. There are dedicated parking spots for hotel guests right out front, a big convenience in Maçka where parking is otherwise limited and stressful. AC Hotel Maçka is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere relaxed, and it felt like a calm retreat despite the central location. It’s right in the heart of Maçka, within easy walking distance of Nişantaşı, parks, cafés, and key transport links, so it works for business or leisure. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, convenience and helpful service in Istanbul.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. My room was spacious, tidy, quiet and comfortable. AC Hotel Istanbul Macka is modern and nicely decorated, and within walking distance of Dolmabahçe Palace. I can highly recommend it.

We visited April 20-21 as a family of five. The older kids were initially given a double room, but staff changed it to twin beds in literally a minute when we asked. They were wonderful. The beds were comfy, the location was perfect, and breakfast was tasty. Excellent in everything, simply exceptional.
