This doesn’t feel like a comfortable or relaxing area to stay. It’s extremely touristy, with street sellers and tour promoters persistently outside most hotels. It is convenient for landmarks, though. The hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard. The air conditioning leaked continuously for three days, dripping on our bed and clothes, and never worked properly. We reported it more than once, but the staff just mopped the floor and told us to turn it off at night instead of repairing it. There was also an exposed electrical socket hanging out of the wall, a serious safety hazard, and nothing was done after we reported it. The bathroom lock stayed broken for our entire stay, which caused privacy problems as I was sharing the room with my sister. Customer service was poor. After we raised these problems, staff became dismissive and treated us as if we were a nuisance rather than trying to fix anything.

The panoramic restaurant has a beautiful view of Istanbul, and breakfast there was good. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and shopping bazaars, and the room was clean. The staff were all kind, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Nara (f&b) for looking out for me and making me comfortable when I was having a bad day. Thank you again!

The rooftop is amazing, one of the best in Sultanahmet. We got incredible photos and enjoyed stunning city views. The breakfasts were spectacular too, with lots of variety and delicious choices every morning. Adamar Hotel was very clean and perfectly placed for walking to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque, so everything was convenient. Most of all, the staff made us feel at home right away. Special thanks to Nara, Mustafa, Fatih and Nesrullah, who were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Murat was a great host and kept recommending places to see in Istanbul. The staff were always welcoming and friendly, and breakfast had a good range of choices. The location is amazing, just a couple of minutes from Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque, and Galata Bridge, right in the middle of everything you’d want to see. Thanks for everything, we hope to stay again!

The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast has a wide selection with a great view. The location is good too, about 10 minutes from sirkeci train station and even closer to the tram stop. A good place to stay.
