The medical infirmary had what we needed, from ice packs and medications to nurses and even a hair salon. After surgery, Özkan did a fantastic job washing my hair just three days post-op. He was gentle and caring, and worth every penny and tip. Tarik, the manager, was lovely and always willing to help with nearly anything. We stayed 10 nights as medical tourists, and the 24-hour room service meant we never went hungry. They made us comfortable, and I was very happy with our stay.

Mr. Ulaş, Mr. Tarık, and the whole team were so kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. They made a real difference and were always ready to help. We came from the UK as a family, and Antwell Suite felt like home: the apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we needed. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt safe. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I’d recommend it especially to families looking for a pleasant, home-like place.

A quiet spot near a shopping mall, though getting to public transport for the Europe side takes a bit of a trek. The balcony rooms have a lovely view, and breakfast was great. Room service was prompt and attentive, which made this a nice hotel for recovery.

The indoor pool, foot pool, and hot tub were a nice bonus, and I found an English book in the library since the TV only had two local channels. The apartment was quiet and clean, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of closet space, and a big bathroom with a walk-in shower and good water pressure. It had a queen bed in the bedroom, plus staff set up the couch and an extra bed for us. I couldn't work out the washer and dryer because of the language barrier, lol. We were here while my daughter recovered from surgery. Staff were accommodating, though the infirmary nurses aren't allowed to help with some things. I appreciated what they could do.

I came by myself for facelift surgery and wasn't sure what to expect from a hotel geared toward surgery patients, but I felt safe and comfortable here. Everyone was kind and friendly. Ozgur at the front desk was helpful, funny, and interesting, and his English was great. Nurten, who cleaned my room, was a delight whenever I saw her. And the breakfast was amaaaaazing, fresh, healthy, and plentiful! 💕
