Arena Suit Hotel

The photos online don't match the rooms at all, and the rooms are awful. Smoke smell gets into every room. There are white stains all over the floor, bed, sofa, and other surfaces. The shower is so tiny you can barely get in, unless you're 1.60 meters tall. There's no ventilation or air conditioning, everyone smokes in the rooms, and the broken windows won't close. The bed linens were dirty. Water leaked from under the unsecured toilet, leaving the floor wet, and the sink is behind the toilet, so you have to climb over it to wash your hands. The closets and furniture are broken too. They wouldn't refund anything. They only take cash, apparently to avoid paying taxes, and provide neither a bill nor even confirmation that they've reserved a room. If they ask for a deposit into a bank account under a person's name, don't do it. It's a complete scam. The employees wouldn't let me speak with the supervisor, lied, and obstructed the conversation. They were incredibly rude just because I wanted my money back and didn't want to stay. They kept all my money. They said that since I'd been there for one day, they deducted 5,000 TL and another 2,000 TL for a bill, but gave me no receipt. Don't even get me started!

I've been coming here every month for two years, and they still welcome me as warmly as they did on day one. It's clean, comfortable, and reliable, and I feel right at home.

We spent a week here with my family and were very pleased. Our room was spacious and clean, and they cleaned it often. The staff were warm and friendly, and thoughtful about the supplies we needed. We felt at home and would definitely choose the place again in similar circumstances. Thanks so much for everything! 🙏🏻🥰
