The daily buffet breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a great range of choices. The Artika Hotel is modern, new, and clean, and its staff were welcoming, accommodating, and hospitable throughout our visit. We stayed with four other families who had been back before and recommended the property to us. It lived up to their expectations. The location is great, just a short walk from the city. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and helpful local guidance.

We had the ground-floor room beside the breakfast area. The location is great if you want to stay in Old Town, close to the tourist sites, and breakfast was good. Service was friendly. The bathroom had mold and no ventilation, as shown in the photos. It was extremely loud late into the night, with what sounded like furniture moving above us and whole conversations audible, even through earplugs. For the price and location it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. I was surprised it’s listed as 4 star.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were attentive. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning and an elevator. We could walk to the main tourist spots in Istanbul in just a short time. Mr. Salih kindly arranged reasonably priced airport transfers for our whole family, both ways. I’d happily stay here again when I’m back in Istanbul. Thank you, Mr. Salih!

The staff were so kind, especially to our parents, and would offer them coffee or tea. The street was quiet and we had no problems there. The location is a little remote, but it was manageable, and breakfast was decent for the price, nothing over the top. Cleanliness could be better, since some areas were really dirty, and you still want to feel comfortable even if you’re mostly just sleeping there. I hope they finish the terrace soon, the view from there is beautiful.

We got a good hotel for a good price. Mr. Salih was so kind, arranging an early check-in and even showing us the terrace although it was permanently closed. His hospitality made the stay more enjoyable.
