The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, but the jacuzzi is cold and the sauna barely works. When you bring a problem to the staff, they act as if they don’t speak English. There’s plenty that can go wrong here. For example, the colleague didn’t tell us the true price of the beers from the bar, and we heard the 4x price at reception when checking out.

The breakfast was good, but during our last night someone mistakenly entered our room at 2am. We complained the next morning, but nobody apologized, and since then we haven’t been able to contact them to ask for at least an explanation, including what the hallway camera videos show. Maybe even compensation, because this is unacceptable for a hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights beginning in January. At first the rooms seemed okay, but then we noticed the bathroom electricity was broken, the bathroom door lock was nearly falling off, and the double bed had a bed cover meant for one person.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was a good classic spread. The hotel sits right in the Laleli shopping area, with buses, the metro, and trams nearby. I also liked being able to unwind by the pool or grab a drink on the rooftop. Thanks to all the staff for their help and service, especially Turan.Thank you very much, Turan🇬🇪❤️ I’d happily recommend this place.

After a long day, I just wanted to get back to my room and rest. Around 2:00 p.m., children were shouting loudly outside. I raised it with reception, but was told there was no rule requiring guests to be quiet at a particular time. That was disappointing, and the issue wasn’t handled properly. I had a really bad stay.
