I couldn’t sleep at all. There was a strong bad smell as soon as I entered the room, and bugs were all over it. I was bitten during the night. I’ve posted photos and videos, so check those too. The lobby looks nice, but that first impression didn’t last. When I reported the problem at reception, Aga was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping. I expected some concern or a solution, but got neither. The manager didn’t seem to care when I spoke with him afterward either. It was a horrible stay. Avoid this place. Guests deserve better, and if zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I found insects in my room and couldn’t sleep, knowing it wasn’t clean. The staff ignored my refund request and showed no concern. I also left an item behind and called, but they didn’t tell me about it or return it. After reading other reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one with this kind of experience. A hotel shouldn’t ignore basic hygiene or give such poor service.

A nice-looking place with comfortable rooms and good hospitality. There are lots of shops a short walk away, and Mustafa Kemal Pasa Station is nearby for getting to the tourist sights. A good choice if you’re traveling to Turkey.

For the price, it’s not a bad hotel. Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi, though, leaves a lot to be desired.

I’m especially grateful to the owner, Mr. Hayrettin, for treating me with such respect 😘. The whole team was kind and respectful too, and their help made my trip easier and more pleasant. Avrupa Palace Hotel Turkey Istanbul is reasonably priced, and I’d strongly recommend it to friends considering a booking. It’s rare to find management, staff, and an owner like this in Turkey. If you’re planning a trip there, I think it’s well worth considering.
