The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were especially helpful with suggestions, planning, and communication. The hotel is in a good location and met our expectations. It faces a busy street, so anyone sensitive to noise might want to book a higher floor. They offered earplugs, but we didn’t find we needed them.

Our stay at Union Hotel Karaköy exceeded my expectations. From there, it was easy to explore Istanbul, with public transport, cafes, and attractions nearby. The hotel had a calm, welcoming feel, and the modern rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception team, Anna, Amed, and Kasim, were professional, kind, and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome right away and offered recommendations whenever we needed them. Azaz, the gentleman at the door, was also consistently polite and friendly. His warm smile made coming and going a pleasure. I’d happily stay at Union Hotel Karaköy again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a great location.

The cozy, spotless lobby made a lovely first impression. Everyone we met was welcoming, kind, and professional, and their helpfulness really stood out. A great choice if you want a pleasant atmosphere and warm service. I’d definitely recommend it.

The view made our stay even nicer, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We also found the staff consistently warm and friendly. We had a very pleasant visit and would gladly recommend the hotel.

We spent two days in a room on the 9th floor, with a beautiful ocean view. It was a really nice trip. The staff were welcoming too. I only remember Fatih’s name, but he was especially kind and helpful, as was a very young male employee whose name I’ve forgotten. Their boss should be glad to know guests are happy with the team.
