Union Hotel Port

Sam made a big difference, taking care that our trip went smoothly and comfortably. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. He arranged visits to a fantastic Hamam, including a Turkish bath and massage, and a luxury ride to the airport so we wouldn’t have to manage luggage and public transport in the rain. His restaurant and sightseeing suggestions were spot on. The hotel is close to the Bosporus and a major bus and tram stop. Amazing stay, with comfort and convenience throughout.

The room was small and basic, but the staff were welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and share tips. Our airport shuttle had been scheduled for the night our flight was cancelled, and they were flexible about moving it to the next day. We lost a day, which was disappointing, but the rest of the stay was good. The tram is very close too.

We spent four nights at Union Port Hotel and felt very much at home. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The whole staff were kind and ready to help. Semi and Sinan deserve a special thank you. They welcomed us like family and gave us lots of useful guidance for getting around the city. We’re grateful for the stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The standard rooms are a little small, but they’re neat and clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The location made getting around easy, with the Fındıklı tram station nearby, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and Taksim Square about a 10-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mr. Sam gave us good guidance and recommendations, and I’d definitely recommend this place.
