The money was taken from my account, and I can send a picture of it. After one night, I checked out in the morning, but they told me, “Sir, Galip, we took the wrong amount of money from you.” When I went back to the hotel, though, they said they hadn't taken the wrong amount and told me I could leave. They didn't even thank me. I'd left my suitcases at reception, which is why I returned. The employees were rude, and I feel they're scamming people. I feel sorry for the owner, not the employees, and hope the owner gets them to straighten up or the hotel could go bankrupt. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially British people. I'd been to Istanbul once before and stayed at an excellent hotel, but this one was terrible. I took a taxi straight from the airport, and after this experience I don't plan to visit Istanbul again. I came from London and felt ashamed to be Turkish because of how these people acted.

I felt welcome at Albatros Premier Hotel, and the reception team were warm and quick to help whenever I needed something. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with everything nicely organized. The location is close to the main attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I really enjoyed staying at Albatros Premier Hotel. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the location near the main attractions was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it.

Nothing matched the online photos, and the hotel was noisy and dirty. My room at Albatros Premier Hotel in Istanbul was filthy and smelled awful, as if it hadn't been cleaned before I arrived. The old sheets were stained, the towels looked used, and the bathroom was disgusting, with a sticky floor and a shower that barely worked. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping. When I politely requested another room, they ignored me and acted as though it was my fault. It was a huge disappointment. I'd never stay here again and definitely can't recommend it.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and our room was really tidy and clean. Special thanks to Ramazan, Yunus and Bakhtiyar. The hotel is right in the centre, very close to SultanAhmed mosque. It was awesome, and this is my No.1 choice for every trip. I'll stay here on my next ones too!
