Mula Hotel - Special Class

We had three great nights in a comfortable, stylish, clean room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and breakfast offered a good choice for different tastes. The hotel is perfectly placed for visiting Istanbul’s spectacular sights. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We’d definitely book here again when we return to Istanbul.

Breakfast on the sunny terrace was a highlight, with Turkish and international dishes and views across the Marmara sea. The room was huge and felt luxurious, with a balcony, sitting area, and private hammam. Reception were warm and attentive, arranged an upgrade at no charge, and let us check in early. Several major sights were an easy walk away. Such a peaceful place, I'd recommend it.

I only had one night in Istanbul, but this hotel made it a good one. The breakfast cost €25 and was one of the best I've had, especially if you like Middle Eastern-style food. Everything tasted great. My room was ready at 3:00 PM as promised, although an early check-in wasn't possible. It felt luxurious, the shower was great, the bed and bedding were very clean, and the mattress was comfortable. No complaints about the room. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood close to historic sights, and the staff were welcoming. I'll definitely return.

Breakfast had a good buffet as well as dishes you could order, and both were available. The food was high quality, with some options changing each day, so it didn't get repetitive. We also had one very tasty dinner at the hotel, though we wanted to try the many restaurants nearby. The people here were faultless. Door staff helped us, reception were polite and brought us a welcome drink, and they took us to the room and brought our bags up shortly after. A young woman sitting near reception and her colleagues were especially helpful, though I didn't catch her name. The cleaners tidied and restocked our room beautifully each morning while we were at breakfast. We had booked a river view room and were glad we did. The view was lovely to wake up to, the room was comfortable, and we slept well. The hotel and the shower products both smelled amazing. We couldn't find anything to fault and would stay here again next time we're in Istanbul.
