Clean room and a nice view, and it's a good pick if you're looking to spend time on Istiklal street. The one thing that bothered me was not being given elevator access.
2/10
We arrived to a dirty room, and there was no cleaning service. The bathroom was disgusting, and taking a shower left it flooded. There were no amenities or facilities, and the staff were very unprofessional. I give this "hotel" one star and strongly don't recommend it.
2/10
The service was pathetic. The shower didn't work, and they wouldn't serve breakfast even though it was included when I booked. Nobody could speak English, so communicating was really difficult. Horrible hotel.

The workers are so kind, and the location is great too. It feels like being with family instead of being a stranger. Loved it so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The location is good, but the place is noisy and there's no room service.
