The staff across reception, maintenance and housekeeping were all helpful and friendly, and the place was very clean. It was mostly quiet at night. We were there for medical treatment at Biruni Hospital, which was an easy, short walk away, so the location worked perfectly for us. My only complaint was the air conditioning. I found the controls confusing, and sometimes I couldn’t get it to turn on. There also aren’t many electrical outlets, so next time we’ll bring an extension cord. Thank you for a pleasant stay! The hotel was very nice and cozy, and the staff were caring and attentive. Sadly, it’s in a very busy part of Istanbul, with heavy, noisy traffic. A nearby construction site was also working in the middle of the night. Thank you very much!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bistanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the comfortable bed and the great bathroom. The staff went out of their way to take care of everything I needed and were always available to answer questions. I really enjoyed staying here, and I’ll definitely return to Istanbul within four months and come back to the same hotel. Thanks to everyone who worked at Istanbul’s Hotel. All the best to you all, Aldo

The team made the stay especially pleasant, always friendly and ready to help. B’Istanbul Hotel is also right in the city center, so getting around to nearby sights was easy. My room felt modern and was kept clean, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. I’d happily stay there again.
