The gym was modern and just as shown in the photos, while the spa was beautiful and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast had a generous selection of sweet and savory food, and the quality was consistently good. At Barceló Istanbul, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. They let us check in early for free after our arrival, which made a great first impression. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. With the windows closed, we heard no outside noise and slept peacefully every night. As a Western European traveler, I missed having a Nespresso-style coffee machine in the room. They did provide instant coffee, tea, and creamer, and there was coffee at breakfast. We had a wonderful Istanbul visit, were very happy with the hotel, and would highly recommend it.

For our late-night flight, we asked for a later checkout. Though the usual time was 12 pm, the hotel extended it to 2 pm, which helped a lot. Reception staff, especially Gulfem and Hamid, handled the request smoothly and were very accommodating. We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Barceló Hotel Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and room service was prompt and efficient. A small welcome cake in our room was a thoughtful surprise. We’re very satisfied and grateful for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for couples and honeymoons.

Hamid and the whole team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth, attention to detail, and constant smiles made us feel cared for like family. The luxury and top-tier amenities at Barceló Istanbul were lovely, but it was the staff who gave the hotel its true soul. We felt at home every day, thanks to the reception team’s warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. Manager Suleiman deserves special thanks for his leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction. He went above and beyond throughout our stay. Gulfem, Antonis, and Shahin were also wonderfully hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help. Their positive energy and care made the stay memorable. The whole team’s customer service reflects high hospitality standards, and it’s rare to find people so passionate and attentive. Barceló Hotel istanbul gave us comfort and a welcoming atmosphere, and we highly recommend it. We’ll definitely return. Thank you all for making the stay unforgettable!

We’ll definitely be back. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Istanbul, with the whole team working in perfect harmony. Chef Amina’s dishes were full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented, you can feel the passion in every bite. Erdogan welcomed us warmly and professionally, and Nour was kind, attentive, and always smiling. Amina and Aygul also gave impeccable, genuinely caring service.
