For $20, you can get a full-body massage at the hamam and enjoy some time to relax. Don’t expect a palace, but I think the place is worth what you pay. The staff are super nice and help you unwind, especially at reception. I’ll be coming back.

The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Istanbul, with shops, restaurants, and many main attractions nearby. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable, with a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were very nice and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

The reception staff were especially helpful and nice. They got us a taxi to the airport very quickly. The hotel is surrounded by shops and brands, including Starbucks, marksandspencer, and city mall, so there’s no need to take a taxi just to shop. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops nearby too. Our room was clean and well organized, with lovely furniture. The bathroom was very good, with hot water and a hair dryer. There was also a refrigerator and a water boiler for tea and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel. Zainab ALtamime
