The only problem was some water leaking in the bathroom when it rained. Otherwise, everything was great, and I’d recommend the hotel for its location and wonderful staff. It’s a small hotel in Ortaköy, Istanbul, but the location is perfect, close to the markets, sea, and mosque, so it was easy and enjoyable to get around. The reception staff were excellent, extremely kind, and made us feel at home. Special thanks to Ahmed, Saleh, and Salman for their wonderful hospitality and support.

Ahmad the Egyptian guy greeted me with a smile and was welcoming and respectful from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and easy, with no complications. They explained everything clearly and even helped me find my way around the area. The reception was calm and organized, which made a great first impression. You can tell they really care about their guests. Big thanks to the Ahmad for the professional, friendly service. This was one of the best hotel receptions I’ve experienced.

The staff made this stay for me. They were warm, knew the city well, and were always ready to help when I had a question or wanted a recommendation. I felt looked after the whole time. Berfinn Hotel is right in the middle of Ortaköy, with restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and landmarks close by. Beşiktaş, the Bosphorus, and Taksim are easy to reach too. The hotel itself was spotless and clearly well cared for, right down to the details. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back to Istanbul.

The rooms were clean, and the whole stay felt just right. The front desk team deserves a big thank you, they were the friendliest people we met in Istanbul. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend.

The location worked really well for getting around Taksim and besiktas, with the ferry and bus station nearby. Our room was nice and clean, and even the towels smelled lovely. The gentleman at reception was especially kind: he carried both our bags up and down the stairs and upgraded our room.
