I booked a Deluxe double bed room for two nights, but was taken to a basement storage room two levels below the actual level. They called it a room, though it had only one fold-out single bed, an office desk and chair, a bathroom, and a curtain behind which their storage was visible. I could also smell mold. The pictures for the Deluxe double bed showed a completely different, nice room with windows. When I checked my reservation and raised the issue, the guy didn't seem to care. He asked if it was okay to move me into the room I'd booked the next day because they'd given it to someone else. I said no, so they moved me to another hotel of theirs. I was shocked, especially since breakfast wasn't included there. The Booking and Google photos didn't match what I found in reality. It felt like a complete fraud and was totally unprofessional. My worst accommodation experience ever.

The terrace view was sensational, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. Yenikap station is close, so we could get anywhere. It feels like my new home in Istanbul. Thanks so much, Mehmet.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly and made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for a relaxing visit.

A pretty average, reasonably priced hotel near the metro and other transport. They serve breakfast. The WiFi was poor and often didn't work properly.

Getting around was easy, with Aksaray metro station close by and good access to Istanbul's attractions. Hotel Best Aksaray Istanbul has clean, tidy, spacious rooms and even a mini pantry where guests can cook and do their laundry, which is convenient and saves money. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Prices are competitive for the quality and comfort on offer, making this a great budget-friendly choice without giving up convenience.
