A big thank you to MUSTAFA. He was so helpful throughout our stay and made it feel like home, taking care of everything we asked for. The room looked just like the photos, and I really appreciated the stroller he provided for my daughter. My daughters loved greeting your fish, too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for the first time without a travel agent package. Just book it without a second thought.

Mustafa, the owner, gave us great hospitality and shared local tips that made our trip amazing. I'll come back here on my next visit to Istanbul. Keep in touch with the owner on WhatsApp. It felt like a 5* hotel. We stayed in the Loft room on the first floor, which had plenty of space, including a living area. The cleaner kept everything spotless, brought fresh towels and bottled water, and we got complimentary Local Turkish Delight. The hotel is in a great part of the old city, just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque, Aghia Sophia and TopKapi Palace. If you choose breakfast, you can eat on the balcony: the Blue Mosque is visible from one side, and the Bosphorus from the other.

Kubilay, the owner, was friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, with a view terrace and a jacuzzi in the bedroom. It's in a quiet neighborhood near the Blue Mosque, with nice restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

We booked four nights starting tomorrow, but a few hours later the hotel canceled without explaining why. Our flight to Istanbul is tonight, so now we're confused and have to find somewhere else at short notice. This is a really bad way to treat customers and shows a complete lack of hospitality.

Kubilay, the owner, was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, with the main attractions within walking distance. It also has a big balcony and a nice Turkish bath. Thank you.
