We arrived to find ourselves locked in because the lock had jammed. It took someone nearly 3 hours to come fix it. We couldn't understand each other and had to use translate. My kids were very hungry after the journey, which made the wait harder. Nobody texted later to check if things were okay. The apartment was very basic, and I didn't enjoy staying there. The bathroom was tiny and smelly, with only one working light. The stairs were narrow and winding, difficult for children and older people, and the lights kept switching off as I came down. I was struggling to walk. This isn't family friendly, and I personally wouldn't book it again. Very disappointed.

There was plenty of storage for a longer stay, and the internet was very fast. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Cafes and restaurants are close, while the place sits far enough from the main streets to avoid heavy crowds and traffic. Great location.
