Boutique hotel macity otel

The room was okay, though it could’ve been more comfortable. I had to leave early because my plans changed, and they refunded me right away, which I appreciated. MaCity Hotel has a great location, good breakfast and excellent service from the staff. I had a nice stay.

Everything was so beautiful. The service is excellent, and the staff are helpful and always around. Anything I need gets to me right away. I’ll definitely come back soon.

I booked a week here and won’t be coming back. I still don’t understand how this hotel got four stars. I’d give it three at most. The staff were very friendly and helped whenever something came up, though they don’t understand English. Breakfast was tasty, but the same every day. One day I was lucky enough to get watermelon, but it didn’t appear again. The room was awful. There were fish pieces and crumbs on the floor, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bedsheets were stained and covered in hair. The towels were clean. Internet was so bad that sometimes I couldn’t even send a message. The hair dryer had exposed wiring. Thankfully it wasn’t touching the ground, but it still seemed unsafe. During the last few days, the room smelled terribly of sewage and was almost impossible to stay in. I had to open the windows, which were fastened so tightly I had to shut them at night, close the bathroom door and leave.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice over two years because I needed to be near my university, and both times the experience was very bad. The rooms may look clean and the service is okay, but they’re full of bugs. At breakfast, staff tend to act strangely or rudely while checking whether you have a card for it. The lobby is fine. They charge more than the service is worth.
