Chakra Suites

I stayed at Apartman Istanbul Hotel from 6th February- 14th February and felt safe even after my husband had gone back a few days earlier. Everyone on staff was lovely and made me comfortable. Murat at reception was exceptional, always ready to help with any request, no matter how silly. Both reception staff were brilliant. I’ll keep staying here whenever I visit Istanbul.

The location is central, with the metro, bus stop and main street all within walking distance, though the place isn’t right on the main street. Our room was spacious, modern and clean, and we were very comfortable during our 3-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling, and made the experience even nicer. I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a handy spot near supermarkets and public transport, and it was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast from the facility was a nice start to the day, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The one thing I’d avoid is the paid food service, Papyon, ordered through the facility’s Uber Eats-like service. It took 40 to 80 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold, tasteless and poorly presented. It didn’t look like the photos either. Aside from that meal, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the apartment. Thank you so much 😊

We’ll definitely book again. The apartments were excellent, and breakfast in the room was distinctive and comfortable. The staff treated us well and helped with parking the car.
