2/10
The location was the one saving point, close to the bazaar, tram, and tourist attractions. I knew the room was small, and I requested a double bed because I was traveling with a child, but we got twin beds instead. The linens hadn't been changed, the beds were dusty and hadn't been vacuumed, and the bathroom was filthy and covered in mold. On our last night, water began dripping from the ceiling onto the bathroom light bulb. The towels had been changed but were torn. Breakfast was bad, served in a windowless, unventilated room with cooking going on next door. I don't recommend it.

The employees were very polite with customers, and the breakfast, cleaning, and room service were all the best. Best hotel in everything.

Very nice place in the city center. The reception staff were especially helpful and stood out, particularly Nusret and Walker.
