Dedeman Bostanci Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center

Rizwan did a really good job cleaning my room today, and I’m very happy with it. He’s so nice and kind, and puts his whole heart into his work. Thank you very much, Rizwan. I came with my group from Nigeria, and the hotel is really good and clean. I highly appreciate it and would ask all my friends to visit. 516

The food was a highlight, with plenty of dinner choices and a breakfast full of delicious Turkish options. The chefs answered our questions, and Chef Fatih and Chef Uğur were especially kind. Mr. Ümit helped us throughout the evening, which made it memorable. Staff were cheerful and helpful at both meals. We were about 40 people on a school trip, yet everyone got a room key in under 10 minutes. My room was spotless, from the shining floors to the white sheets, pillows, and towels, and I liked the decor. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and this room felt safe and comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night, and I slept well in the soft bed. There were only two half-liter bottles of water for three people, the one small drawback. Since we stayed just one night, it wasn't a big problem. We stayed from October 25th to 26th, and I appreciated the clean rooms, friendly staff, and elegant decor. I'd recommend the hotel and thank all the employees.

Our group from Nigeria spent 11 days here and was very happy, especially with Rizwan. He cleaned the room thoroughly, changed the sheets and everything every day, and was always kind and friendly. I left very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the Demdeman Hotel in Istanbul. Reception staff came across as condescending and unfriendly from the start, and made no effort to welcome or help me. It felt as though they didn’t care about guests. The first room had a broken TV and air conditioning, so I had to request another. I was also charged for an extra night because of what was clearly a booking problem caused by the clinic. I asked for a refund, but never got one.
