We always returned feeling relaxed and comfortable, even after tiring outings and traveling with children. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent and close to the tram, and it was easy to get around Istanbul and visit the main attractions. The staff were kind and respectful, and we felt welcome from our first day. Thank you for the warm hospitality and classy service. Inshallah, we'll come back again ❤️

The hotel has good rooms, nice staff, and a great location close to tram stations. The only downside was that the cleaning lady didn't leave us fresh towels the day before we left.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel sits in Laleli, close to the historical center. The rooms were clean and tidy, with air conditioning that made a big difference in Istanbul's heat. Staff were cheerful and helpful. A nice little hotel.

4/10
The location was the only good thing. The hotel felt old, with dated furniture and a poor bathroom. No bedside lamps, and breakfast was sad. Argus tours should find better hotels for their trips.

The rooms were fairly ordinary, though the fridge was much too noisy and the TV didn't work. The food was in such bad condition that we couldn't eat it, even though it was included. At reception, the workers weren't kind or willing to listen, and didn't seem interested in helping. The location was the best part. Otherwise, nothing special.
