The rooms are clean, and the 1+1 room especially is stylish and spacious. Prices are reasonable, though they go up on weekends when demand is higher, as happens elsewhere. The hotel's exterior isn't much to look at, but that wasn't my main concern. The location is fantastic, right on the back street behind the fish market and just outside Osmanbey metro station. Taksim and Nişantaşı are very close, and the metro makes it easy to get around. Buses are 200 meters away, with Beşiktaş minibuses departing nearby. They clean the rooms promptly after checkout. The location makes it especially appealing. Give it a try, you'll love it.
