Elit House Konaklama

The place was dirty.

Mr. Sedat in the lobby was a big help. We also had plenty of room, and it was clean, which mattered most to me. Getting around was easy and the stay was comfortable. Thanks for the attentive service. I’ll definitely come back.

We arrived on January 18 as a team of six, after visiting the facility a month earlier, seeing the rooms and paying a 5000 TL deposit. The room we were given was completely different from what we had been shown. It was filthy, with no proper hygiene, unbearable heating, hair all over the bed and sheets, and no hot water when we tried to shower after an assembly job. We asked for blankets and got none. At midnight, we went to reception to complain. The employee told us to call the apartment manager and said nothing could be done then, but offered no other solution. The next morning we asked for the remaining 1100 TL of our deposit back because of the problems, and they refused. Even after we repeatedly explained how different and inhumane the room was compared with the one shown to us, there was no refund. This was our first and last visit, and all we got was disappointment. A video of our room is attached.

The toilets were awful, and the bed had hair on it with holes in the sheets. No quality or hygiene here, just another disappointment from Özyurtlar. 05.02.2023 reply: You say it isn’t clear I stayed at your hotel, bravo. What else would I have to do than criticize the rooms? This is shameful. It’s obvious I stayed there. We were three people, so take a good look.
