Emerald Mansion Hotel – Special Class

I stayed at the Emerald for three nights on my first trip to Istanbul. I was traveling alone and had the small single room, which was amazing. The location was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Mustafa was especially welcoming and made me feel like I'd paid a million bucks. Istanbul was wonderful, and the hotel helped make the trip amazing. Thanks to all the great staff. You've got a very special hotel, and I'll be back as soon as I can.

Breakfast was delicious, and I loved being able to have it in my room. The team made the stay feel homely: Melike at the front desk greeted me like an old friend, Hacer and Ilknur welcomed me each morning, and Mustafa was always ready to help or bring tea. The hotel was spotless, among the cleanest places I’ve stayed, and fairly priced for what you get. Its intimate, beautiful rooms have very comfortable beds and incredible bathrooms, and the location is close to everything while still feeling special. Emerald Mansion Hotel is more than somewhere to sleep, and I’d stay there again when visiting Istanbul.

Mustafa made my stay especially memorable. He was so kind and cheerful, always happy to help, and even surprised me one evening with Turkish tea and a plate of treats in my room. The receptionist was lovely too. My superior room had a large, very comfortable queen bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel is just minutes from the tram and about a 10-minute walk from Basilica Cistern, Haghia Sofia, and Blue Mosque.

Manager Ege was really kind, and the staff were lovely throughout our short Istanbul trip. They helped arrange city tours and airport transfers at much more reasonable prices. It’s a brand-new hotel, and they made our stay enjoyable. Thank you!
