We spent 8 days here, and the staff made the stay especially nice. They were friendly, professional, always smiling and ready to help, and spoke several languages, including English, Arabic, and Turkish. The hotel is in an excellent, lively area close to the main transport options, including Sirkeci Tram Station and Sirkeci Metro Station. There are restaurants, cafés, pharmacies and plenty of other services nearby.

We had a fantastic stay, and the room was cleaned promptly whenever we were out. We’d been given an unexpected room upgrade, and it was magical, with skylight windows and a Bosporus view. The ladies' hotel spa was really nice too. A great experience.

It was a relaxing, pleasant place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The location was great, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend it to others!

We were a group of 4 women and had a wonderful stay. Savash at reception was always smiling and helpful, and the staff were so nice. It’s very central, close to all amenities, with places to get food open 24/7. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the place was clean and near everything. We had a fine 5-day stay in a perfect location. The room was comfortable, though a bit small. I wish we’d been able to open the window or had a balcony. Thank you!
