I was there for a full week and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. When a minor issue came up, the staff took care of it quickly and professionally. They were so friendly and kind that I felt completely at home, and their genuine care and hospitality left a lasting impression. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team, especially Emin and Evre (I hope I spelled the name right). I’ll definitely visit again.

Ervin, Azat, Mehmet, and the rest of the reception team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their warmth set the tone for our whole five-day visit. They helped with everything, from planning our days and suggesting great places to eat to answering questions, always making things feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to get such thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel itself was excellent, and breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options. The stay was comfortable and smooth, and the staff’s friendliness, professionalism, and readiness to help really made our trip special. I can’t recommend it enough for a visit to Istanbul.

The welcoming atmosphere and care from the staff made our stay at EMİN Palace Hotel in Istanbul feel like home. Everyone was kind and quick to help whenever we needed something. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the whole hotel seemed well looked after, with nice attention to detail. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

The room was bright, comfortable, and really clean, and the place had a cozy feel. Elvin was especially sweet and welcoming. The soundproofing could be better, though; I used earplugs and it wasn't a big issue for me. I had a nice stay.
