The owner really came through for us when our original booking turned out to be unbearably noisy and unclean. They quickly arranged two connecting rooms, which was a lifesaver. The rooms felt cozy and were spotless, with brand-new utensils. Hot water was reliable and had excellent pressure, a small thing that made a big difference. Housekeeping cleaned twice during our four-night stay, keeping everything in pristine condition. Both the owner and staff were responsive and available whenever we needed something. Their genuine care made us feel valued, and I’d readily recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and service.

Nothing fancy, but the hotel was fine and had what we needed. Service was good. There’s no lift, so ask for a lower floor if stairs are an issue. The location is okay for a budget stay, though it’s toward the lower end of the high street and there’s a lot of uphill walking, like elsewhere in Istanbull. Cheap local shops nearby sell snacks, drinks, breakfast, and quick meals.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was amazing. No problems at all, highly recommended.

The manager was very friendly, and for the price the quality is excellent. It’s a very nice hotel, though the street is hilly. You’ll have some climbing on the way to the tram or Grand Bazaar.
