The host was helpful, quick to reply, and the place was easy to reach in a good location. The room is small, really suited to two people at most, and the bathroom is tiny with a strange setup where you can shower while sitting on the toilet. Noise was the bigger problem: even with the windows shut, you can hear the call to prayer, construction, and the nearby bakery, and it woke me at night.

The apartment was gorgeous and cozy, with a lovely view and immaculate cleanliness. Kalen takes care of it himself, and you can tell. He greeted us, showed us around, and even helped with our heavy luggage. The location was spot on, and there was a thoughtful bottle of water plus free coffee and tea in the kitchenette. I wish I could've extended my trip, it had everything I could've hoped for.

The rooms were cute and I liked everything, though the bathroom was unfortunately small. Our first night was in a room with an amazing view but only a small toilet and no shower. The second night we moved to a room without a view, but it had a shower and was much better.

I only stayed one night at golden home apart, but it was the most beautiful night. The room had a breathtaking view, and the place is close to the tourist spots. The host helped with everything from the time I arrived until I left. It was an amazing stay, and I hope I can come back soon.

The location is the best, and the room is fantastic. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in istanbul.
