Euro Design Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. The airport transfer arranged through the hotel was a very different experience. The driver kept smoking in the vehicle, even after we asked several times and explained that my husband has asthma. We called reception during the ride and were told they’d sort it out, but nothing changed and the smoking continued. We raised it with the hotel afterward, but they offered neither a resolution nor compensation. That surprised us given the hotel’s non-smoking policy. The hotel itself was pleasant apart from this, and I hope they review how the transfers are handled so other guests don’t go through the same thing.

I was told in the morning that my room would be ready by 2 PM, so I left my bags at the hotel and returned later. By then, my reservation had been canceled without any notice. When I asked what happened, a staff member suggested it was because I’m Palestinian. That kind of discrimination is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were great from before we even arrived. They responded within minutes, were punctual and kept being helpful throughout. They also arranged our transfer and a boat tour, both of which we really enjoyed and can recommend. Our room was lovely, clean and well equipped. The hotel is excellently placed for walking to most major sights, with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. We had a great time and will choose Euro Design Hotel again on our next Istanbul trip. Thank you!

The staff were fantastic, and they were happy to help with anything. Our room was spacious, the hotel was spotless, and breakfast was good. It’s a lovely little hotel in a great spot for the Blue Mosque and Bosphorus River. I’d definitely recommend it 😊

The breakfast buffet was decent, and the location made it easy to walk to most sightseeing spots and popular places to eat. I booked a deluxe double/twin room and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, with a Juliette balcony too. It was generally clean, though the bathroom had a little mould, which I wasn’t happy about.
