Express Inci Airport Hotel

Ahmet and Amigo made me feel at home, and the staff were attentive to what I needed, including the little things that can be inconvenient when you're a tourist. The clean room and the privacy were well handled. With its connection to Domestic airport, the location had everything I needed for a short stay. The service went beyond what I expected. Kudos for doing such a good job!

The man showing us around kept trying to discourage us from booking and showed us their worst rooms, all with defects. He didn't speak English and kept speaking to us in an arrogant, rude tone. Then he asked one of the piccolos to show us a room. The man switched off the electricity in the room, and when we got up, he turned the switch back on right in front of us. I don't know the guy's name, but he's bad for the business and should be fired as soon as possible. The service was terrible.

They took away our reservation because we hadn't checked in on the first day. I'm definitely reporting them to the tourism police.

That little ginger kitten was the one thing I liked. The room was cold and noisy, and breakfast was really poor. Check-in was a problem too: they said they couldn't verify my card and moved us from our room, even though the card worked. In the end we were put in a dormitory but charged the deluxe room rate. I also spoke to two other people this happened to. They had it worse, the hotel turned them away and they spent the night outside. I won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.
