Four Sides Beyoglu

The location is ideal, just a few minutes on foot from istiklal street, and the place is very clean and quiet. I slept through the noise, if there was any 😅. Service was great, and I really liked the breakfast. I’d recommend staying here for a short visit, since the room is kind of small.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My room was so tiny that I couldn’t even open either of my two smallest suitcases. I raised it with the staff several times during my long stay, but they never moved me to a larger room, saying they were all the same size. I could see that wasn’t true. Breakfast was very basic, and they wouldn’t serve it even if you arrived one minute after 10, including on weekends. The service didn’t feel oriented toward guests, unlike what I’d expect from an average Turkish hotel. The only decent thing was being close to istiklal, and lots of hotels are nearby, so I’d book somewhere else.

Husein was a standout, so helpful, professional, and kind, and he went out of his way to make my stay a good one. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with so much variety that I’d give it 11 out of 10. The room at Four Sides Beyoglu was comfortable, beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, attractions, and public transport. This was the best hotel I’ve booked and the best hotel experience I’ve had in Istanbul. It’s clean, cozy, and well placed, with amazing service and a breakfast I won’t forget. I’ll definitely come back.
