The location made it easy to get around, just minutes from the tramway and the main tourist attractions. The rooms were much larger than at other Turkish hotels I've stayed in over the years, and this one was the cleanest and most functional of them. The staff were kind and accommodating, which made the stay lovely. Yusuf did his best to understand us despite the language barrier. Satar was hilarious and quick to help, bringing whatever we needed to the room and stopping for a chat. I'd definitely recommend this place to people I know.

The room has a lovely view of Hagia Sophia, and the beds are comfortable. The showers are nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The location is great too. The only trouble was spotty wi-fi in the bedroom, which made video calls difficult.

We had a clean apartment on the quiet side of the fourth floor, with views of Hagia Sophia. The shower had good pressure, and both the bedroom and living room had air conditioning. Staff were pleasant and friendly, and the room was tidied every day. It came with aromatherapy toiletries, complimentary water bottles each day, and a coffee machine. The hotel's a great base for exploring Istanbul, close to the Sultanhamat Tram Line. Some furniture was looking a bit tired, but we didn't mind given the location and price. Hope to stay here again.
