Alex and Eliza had a wonderful stay. Adam at reception was lovely, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. He showed us a map of Istanbul and its attractions, explained the key things to know, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His colleague was fantastic too and made the best coffee. They both went above and beyond to make everything feel right. Excellent service, and a real credit to the hotel. Best hotel in Istanbul!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The breakfast spread was great and made things easy with the kids. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, and we felt cared for from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality stayed with us. The hotel is perfectly placed in Sultanahmet, a short walk from the major tourist attractions, so exploring Istanbul was easy and convenient. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

The staff were impeccable, especially Ali and Emir. They made us feel welcome and were incredibly professional. After a long day of walking, we loved unwinding in the traditional Turkish Hammam and spa. GLK PREMIER Regency Suites & Spa has the character of a beautifully restored 1905 mansion, while still offering modern comfort. Our elegant suite had antique-style furniture and a very comfortable bed. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia were less than a five-minute walk away, so early sightseeing was easy. A great mix of historic charm and five-star service.

The people were the best part of our stay. Karim, Huseyin, and Eray were kind and always available, and the cleaning and kitchen teams were great too. They helped us with everything. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with fresh, local breakfast, plus an amazing Turkish bath and sauna. Istanbul is a beautiful city, and this was a perfect place to stay. Our room view was the only downside, but we didn't mind since we were outside all the time.

The front desk talked us into a dinner cruise for $50 per person, but later we saw plenty of options for $25-30. If you're taking a cruise from the port, don't buy the transfer there either, a taxi is 70% cheaper. The hotel is nice and in a great spot, five minutes on foot from Blue Mosque. Rooms were clean and breakfast very good. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, so annoying and often disconnected that we turned it off.
