We were in town for the European cup game. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was really nice. Getting to Besiktas stadium and the main centre cost about €4, while the walk to the Blue Mosque was flat and took around 35 minutes. I’d stay here again.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and otherwise fine. The bathroom had nowhere to put clothes or toiletries, with no hangers or space for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was awful: no cups, glasses, or salt, margarine instead of butter, and basically no choice.

The location made getting around easy, with shops and a pharmacy close by, the metro about 6 minutes away on foot, and the tram around 10. Service was perfect. Whenever we asked reception for something, whether day or night, they brought it to our room without charging extra. The manager and night staff also let us leave our luggage after checkout and wait in the dining room until our evening flight, free of charge. Highly recommend it.
