The breakfast tasted homemade, with the kind of care you might get from a loving mom, and the terrace had a lovely view. The staff welcomed us with tea and were very friendly. This place feels cozy and inviting, with a vintage charm that made us feel at home right away. It's right in the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We felt so welcome at Dersaadet Hotel. Mensure's breakfasts each morning were delicious and generous, always served with a warm smile. Ozan, Ilhan, Nima, Cengiz, Gurhan, Hayriye and Umida were also wonderful, some of the kindest people we could have met. The rooftop view is stunning, and breakfast was delicious. My family and I spent a few days here, and it's one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Major monuments are within walking distance, and the staff were thoughtful and kind throughout. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely come back.

Just a stone's throw from Arasta Bazaar, the location was really convenient. We had a memorable stay at Dersaadet Hotel, which has an adorable, cozy feel and genuine family-run charm. The team were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile. My wife was unwell on our last day, and after checkout they let her rest in the lobby, made her a lemon and mint drink, and brought a blanket to keep her warm. Highly recommended for a visit to Istanbul.

The rooftop bar was a quiet spot to wind down, and it stayed open until 11 pm. Breakfast was included, with a nice buffet available until 10:30 am. Set in Old Town, the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cisterns. The rooms have their own character and are decorated like a 19th-century Ottoman mansion. Ilhan, Gurhan, and Nima gave fantastic service. Thanks for looking after us and making our first Istanbul trip memorable. Such a gem of a hotel.

The staff took great care of us, and the hospitality was lovely. Of the five boutique hotels we stayed in during our two weeks in Turkeye, this one had the best Turkish-style breakfast. It's in a great location. One thing to keep in mind: if you're a light sleeper, the Ottoman-style building might be an issue. Thank you!
