Right in the centre, with a lift and the shopping bazaar close by. The area is always busy. Overall, good.

It's not that I disliked it, but it's really only good for solo budget travellers. For $20 per person, you get a decent room with breakfast, dinner, and Wi-Fi, with all local taxes included.
