The rooftop views were great, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself is lovely, with a great location and extremely friendly staff. Ali was always smiling. Alibaba restaurant next door was a bad experience. The “mix plate” cost 1750 Turkish lira for lunch, and it felt like a tourist trap where visitors get overcharged. After I complained about the restaurant, some staff gave me looks, so unfortunately I won’t return to the hotel. That place next door is abusive.

Breakfast was excellent, with wonderful views from the rooftop dining room. The staff were professional, personable, and attentive, and they even served me a delicious Turkish coffee while I was checking in. The hotel is in the heart of Beşiktaş, close enough to walk to parks, ferry terminals, palaces, museums, mosques, shops, restaurants, and more. I’ll be back in Istanbul this summer and look forward to staying here again.

The people working here made the whole trip amazing. The receptionist was so sweet and always had recommendations for places to go, and everyone else was really kind and helpful too. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice, simple, and served well. A very nice hotel in beşiktaş, and the kindest people you'll meet in Turkey.

The rooms are small, but very clean, and the hotel offers high quality service at an affordable price. The staff were extremely polite and quick to respond to requests. I was excited about the location, with Dolmabahche Palace within walking distance. It was easy to soak up the 'smells' of the past.

There are lots of nice cafes and bars nearby, and the neighborhood has nightlife. The thick curtains make it easy to darken the room and sleep well. If you're booking a fifth-floor room, though, you might hear noise upstairs early in the morning, around 6 am, while the restaurant staff prepare breakfast.
