Breakfast had a great choice and the food was excellent. The only small snag was the seating: several times we saw one guest taking a table set for four, so staff could perhaps help people find suitable tables. The hotel is also very handy for public transport, which made getting around easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and well kept. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. Special thanks to Songül and Melek from room service, and to Mr. Serkan Gülcicek at reception for answering our questions and requests. Ms. Wassila, the manager, deserves a special mention too. She helped sort out an issue caused by a mistake in our booking in the best possible way. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel, especially to families.

The room was comfortable, spotless and well looked after, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was generous, varied and tasty. We also felt really cared for by the staff. They were attentive and helpful, always smiling, and welcomed us warmly and professionally. It felt like visiting friends. Many thanks to manager Wasilla and Mr. Sadrik Yilmaz for making our four-day stay so pleasant. The location worked out very well: the tram is just steps away, the Grand Bazaar is two stops and Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia are four. There's a metro station close by as well. You can walk to all those sights fairly quickly, which is a lovely way to get to know the city. My colleague and I would be happy to stay here again.

The reception staff were extremely friendly, and breakfast was wow, with a huge selection of dishes. The location is central, with metro access and nice local tea houses and restaurants nearby. The room was very nice, though it could be a little better, and overall we were happy with it. I'd recommend this place to easygoing people. The staff, location and plenty of other things are completely fine, but it isn't a place for ridiculous criticism. I'll definitely come back ❤️

We spent more than 10 days here as a family and had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere made us feel at home. Staff were polite, kind and professional, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help. We made lovely memories and enjoyed every day. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay, and we'll definitely return.

A big thank you to the team for making our time in Istanbul so easy and enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with housekeeping done impeccably every day. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The staff were warm and professional from the start, especially Serkan at reception, and Firat, Samit and Merve at the restaurant. They were always smiling, caring and happy to help. The tram is just a few steps away, with the Grand Bazaar two stops and Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia four, so sightseeing was really convenient. We highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.
