Ayca at the front office was fantastic. She explained things clearly and helped us with what we needed, and the breakfast team worked hard while still keeping smiles on their faces. Everyone deserves congratulations. I really appreciated the welcome card and little cookie hamper in my room. That thoughtful touch, along with the very good breakfast and great location, will stay with me for a long time. The service was the best I've had at a Hampton in Europe.

Breakfast was delicious, and the friendly staff made us feel very well looked after. Yagmur, the manager, checked in every day to see how things were going, and I thought she was wonderful. The hotel is clean and sits where the ferry, metro, and tram lines meet, though it's at the top of a steep hill. Keep that in mind if you're carrying large bags. We booked a twin room and were first given one on the basement level. After I spoke with the front desk, they kindly moved us to a smaller twin room on the top floor. It even had a sea view, which we really appreciated. The front desk manager sorted it out quickly. I'd happily stay here again when I return to Istanbul.

My mom had a stomach infection and couldn't go downstairs to eat. Yagmur, who I assume was a manager or supervisor, kindly helped me get food for her and brought it up to our room herself. That gesture made me enjoy the hotel even more and helped my mom feel a little better. Yagmur clearly cares about guests and her coworkers. Thank you!

The location made it easy to see the city's main sights and get around by public transport. For the price, this is a fantastic place to stay. Ekren, Yagmur, and the other employees we met were friendly, helpful, and hardworking. The free breakfast and coffee were a lovely surprise. Staff kept the area clean, made waffles, and brought out fresh food.
