Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu

The staff were attentive, and there was a good breakfast selection to start the day. Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu felt modern and welcoming, with very clean, comfortable rooms that made a peaceful place to return to after shopping and sightseeing. Its location is handy for getting to transport, while still feeling tucked away from the main bustle. A lovely stay and an easy recommendation for good service and a relaxing setting.

The layout is so odd. I had to walk around in circles to find the elevator, and my room was a three-minute walk from it! They didn't clean my room and said it was because I'd left the “don't disturb” sign out in the morning. The coffee sachets were so dry and clumpy, too. I did like the reception staff, especially Ömer. He was kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Thanks so much, dear Ömer :)

The metro is very close, and it's just two stops to the old city, much quicker than taking a taxi. We used it every day. There are lots of local food places in the neighborhood, and the ones we tried were delicious. We felt safe and welcome everywhere we went. The front desk service was exceptional, and the cleaning crew were meticulous and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with something new on the menu every morning. All the best. If lifespan allows, we'll come again!

Eren at the front desk was welcoming and professional, with a great attitude and a fast check-in that made everything smooth from the start. Zuhal from room service was also kind, cooperative, hardworking, and always helpful. She clearly cares about her job. Their great service made my stay even better.
