Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Beylikduzu

Mr. Ugur helped make both check-in and check-out smooth, and he was a wonderful host who made our visit more pleasant. The hotel is handy for the Beylikdüzü area, near key business centers and shopping malls, with transport options that make it easy to get around Istanbul. We also really enjoyed breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Beylikduzu. There was a broad selection of fresh, tasty choices, and the food was presented well. It was a great way to start the day.

The room was decent and the bed was very comfortable, and check-in itself went smoothly. But the airport pickup was a rough start: they had our flight details, yet we waited around 30 minutes in the rain in a partly covered area. Breakfast was a letdown, with several items seeming old, as though they'd been left out for days. The towels smelled unpleasant, too. The outside of the hotel looked quite dirty and gave me the impression of a much lower-rated place. It’s a long way from the attractions, so the location really only works well if you’re going to the fairgrounds. I wasn't very satisfied with this branch and had expected a better stay.

I chose this hotel for reasons other than sightseeing, since it's a long way from Istanbul's tourist attractions. I stayed a little over a week, and seeing Ms. Aşkın's smile while she looked after my room was such a lovely part of it. She's a warm, wonderful person. Thank you, Ms. Aşkın!

My Danish friend spent three days there last week and liked it a lot. He'd been to İstanbul several times before and considers this the best hotel there.
