The staff were very helpful, and I even had a late evening chat with some kittens in the entrance lobby. Rooms are neat and compact, with a quiet atmosphere and heaters. Breakfast could still be served as a set of recipes instead of a regular buffet. The smaller room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear horns and door slamming sounds from the roadside, so the window insulation needs work. The curtains should also block the light properly.

Getting around Istanbul was easy from here. The hotel is close to trams, the metro, buses, and other public transport, and the location is excellent. Staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay more comfortable. The room was clean and well kept, though a bit small. It was fine for a short visit. Breakfast tasted fresh and was delicious. The selection was basic but more than enough for the price. A great value for money.

I've been to Istanbul six times and would happily recommend this hotel. The owner is a kind man who speaks French, English, and Turkish, plus a few words of Arabic. As a Tunisian, I could communicate with him easily. Breakfast was varied and delicious too.

The staff were nice, and the rooms clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a typical Turkish buffet. It's a lovely hotel. We wish we'd stayed for more days.

I paid when I arrived for my stay in August 2024, and the money was taken from my account then. Now, on March 1 this year, they have taken money from my account again, and I'm having problems with my account. I despise this, it feels like taking money from a guest. I'm in the process of reporting the property to booking.com. How dare you create fraud.
