Zafer was our host and was really helpful. The apartment is spacious and works well for a small family, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a sofa set. It already had lots of kitchen accessories, and everything was close by because the location is excellent.

On my return in early November 2019, I was disappointed by the price increase and the lack of upkeep over the previous 15 or 16 months. The water pressure in the bathrooms was the main problem. The owner said a pressure sensor was faulty, but all I got was “sorry.” The microwave didn’t work either. Given the higher price and the general lack of maintenance, I’ll look elsewhere next time. My earlier stay, in August 2018, had been great. The apartment was clean enough overall and was cleaned every three days. It had a comfortable double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, two TVs, a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge freezer, two separate bathrooms with good showers, a dining table, two sofas that converted into sofa beds, and two good air conditioning units. Zafer seemed like a nice guy then, and when we had a small electrical problem, he came straight over to fix it and was very apologetic.

Zafer was the best service we received in Turkey, without a doubt. When I asked for a blender to make food for my baby, he was happy to arrange one. He waited by the door when we arrived and briefly explained what we needed to know. Our wallet was stolen on the tram on the first day, and throughout the stay he was attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well located.
